Building Fluency in the Language of Stewardship and Generosity

The Northern Illinois Synod Stewardship Ministry Team is offering a stewardship resourcing event for congregational stewardship teams, council members, rostered leaders, congregational leaders, and anyone interested in a vibrant stewardship conversation. The workshop is entitled Building Fluency in the Language of Stewardship and Generosity.

Together, we will explore topics such as: Fundraising or Stewardship, Stewardship and Discipleship, The Whys, Myths, and Legends of Giving, Current Trends and Best Practices in the Ministry of Stewardship, and Five Basics in Growing a Climate of Stewardship and Generosity.

It should be a great day of conversation. Our presenter for the day will be Pastor Kurt Nordby, Assistant to the Bishop for Stewardship and Development in the Northern Illinois Synod.
