Who:      Clergy and all persons in positions of church leadership who are interested in learning skills that will equip them to deal effectively with interpersonal, congregational, and other forms of church conflict

This five-day training offered by Lombard Mennonite Peace Center is intended to equip pastors and lay leaders with the hands-on skills necessary to deal effectively with interpersonal and congregational conflict. It includes lectures, discussion, and guided practice in role plays, and is designed to be active and practical in focus. Participants are eligible for 32 hours of continuing education.
