Faith Over Fear Training

A Center of Christian – Muslim Engagement for Peace and Justice at the Lutheran School of Theology at Chicago in partnership with the Shoulder to Shoulder Campaign is holding a very important training for church leaders on Feb 1-2, 2019.  It is called Faith Over Fear, and is being held at the MECCA Center in Willowbrook (suburb of Chicago).

Through this training, participants will learn effective strategies to better advocate against Islamophobia – a narrative of fear and divisiveness in our country. National and local experts and practitioners facilitate this training to educate, network, and equip faith leaders.

There will also be a special presentation of UNVEILED, A One Woman Play, by Rohina Malik, on Friday, February 1, 2019 at 7:30.
