On behalf of Bishop Jeffrey Clements you are invited to the first ever "Longest Night Prayer Vigil" by the Northern Illinois Synod. This idea was first put forth by Pastor Miho Yasukawa of Good Shepherd, Lena, and the idea was supported and made to happen by many others.who volunteered to be part of this very special time of prayer.
The Northern Illinois Synod first ever “Longest Night Prayer Vigil” will be held from Monday, December 21 at 4:30 p.m. to Tuesday, December 22 at 7:30 a.m. Please plan to join us during any of the 15 hours to pray with others through this, the longest night of the year.
