Catherine (Catie) Nelson Ford will be ordained as a Minister of Word and Sacrament in the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America (ELCA) on Saturday, October 23, 2021, 10am Central at First Lutheran Church in Geneseo, Illinois. Bishop Katherine A. Finegan of the Northern Great Lakes Synod will preside.

She has been called to serve as pastor at Faith Lutheran Church in Three Lakes, Wisconsin, part of the Northern Great Lakes Synod.

All are welcome to join either in-person or online. The Ordination will be live-streamed/ recorded at  https://www.facebook.com/FirstLutheranGeneseo

Clergy are invited to vest and process; the color of the day is red.

Face coverings are required.

There will be a lunch to follow.
