Cross of Glory Lutheran Church in Homer Glen, Illinois is seeking a part-time office administrator proficient in Word, Excel, and QuickBooks. Knowledge of Shepherd’s Staff software and online bill payment processing is a plus. The candidate will also possess the ability to communicate across all social media platforms, possess tactful people skills and be capable of honoring confidential communications. Candidate should be a self-starter and be able to jump in at any moment to take appropriate action when something arises.  A minimum of a high school diploma or GED is required and communications experience is preferred. Salary is commensurate with experience in the range of $17 to $23 per hour.

Office hours are currently 8:30 am to Noon (Monday through Thursday), but we are open to changing them to be slightly later to accommodate a qualified candidate. Your hours would extend beyond the posted office hours to about 16 to 20 hours a week, depending on church and community events in the building.
