The two best things for evangelism and outreach today are

Be “out there,” you and your membership.

  • Have a Council meeting at a local restaurant
  • Worship in the park
  • Be out of the building and publicly seen as much as possible

Say and do interesting things.

  • We’re competing with TV, Facebook, TikTok, and every YouTube Channel. Much of what we do is dreadfully boring and out of touch with anyone outside our walls.
  • Record a sermon somewhere else
  • Invite silliness
  • Take chances
  • Fail spectacularly
  • Inspire curiosity
  • Just have FUN

Jesus came to give us life abundant, we should act like it.
