Assembly Forums
Voting members are invited to attend two forums in preparation for our time together. These are scheduled a week before assembly so that congregations can discuss these important items the Sunday before assembly.
Voting members will receive a link in their email to attend the Zoom meeting for both of these forums. The video recordings of these sessions will be posted online for visitors and guests to view.
Budget Forum
Voting members are invited to attend a Budget Forum on Thursday, June 5th from 6-7:00 p.m. This will be an opportunity to discuss the budget and the compensation guidelines that will be before the Assembly.
Resolutions Forum
Voting members are also invited to attend a Resolutions Forum on Thursday, June 5th from 7:15-8:15 p.m., held directly after the Budget Forum. This will be an opportunity to discuss the proposed resolutions that will be before the Assembly.
