"Each year, I invite you to take time for reflection through your Report to the Bishop. This is more than an administrative task — it’s an opportunity for you to pause, prayerfully consider the past year, and share how God has been at work in your ministry and life. Your reflections help me walk alongside you more faithfully, offering support and encouragement as we serve together in the Gospel. Please know that all reports come directly to me and are held in confidence.
