You are invited to join us as we welcome Bishop Peter Paul Thomas of the Arcot Lutheran Church to the Northern Illinois Synod!
Bishop Peter Paul Thomas, Bishop of the Arcot Lutheran Church, Rev. D. Thangadurai, treasurer of Arcot Lutheran Church, and Rev. Theophilus Vinodkumar, secretary and chaplain to the Bishop , will be visiting the Northern Illinois Synod on September 25 – September 30.
The group will be visiting various areas of the synod to hear about the ministries of the Northern Illinois Synod, and you are invited to two evening presentations to hear more about the Arcot Lutheran Church and our companionship. These evening presentations are open to anyone who wishes to learn more about the Arcot Lutheran Church and spend some time with our visitors.
On Saturday, September 27th, we will gather at All Saints Lutheran Church in Byron (624 Luther Drive) at 6:00 p.m.
On Sunday, September 28th, we will gather at Faith Lutheran Church in Rochelle (14206 Flagg Road) at 6:00 p.m. During this evening presentation, we will be re-signing our companionship agreement.
